SIREN was invited to provide a speaker at this rally to urge Indiana Governor Mike Pence to comply with the EPA’s mandate that every state write its own Clean Energy Plan. SIREN volunteer Darrell Boggess will describe what SIREN has done to encourage households, businesses, governmental entities, and institutions to develop their own clean energy plan. Other speakers will include Carmel mayor Jim Brainard; speakers from the Creation Care Network and the NAACP; former IDEM commissioner John Hamilton, and others.
