Solarize 2020 -Session 5

April 2, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm UTC-4

April 2, 2020

We will livestream the Solarize presentation on April 2 and all upcoming dates until the Covid-19 precautions are lifted.

The City Hall location has been cancelled as a public health precaution to limit the local impact of the Covid-19 (coronavirus) but the Solarize show will go on as scheduled – online!

This is the way we will do presentations until precautions are lifted.  Sign up for future dates with confidence that they will occur on schedule.  You will be able to ask and receive answers to your questions during the livestreamed presentation. A link and instructions for accessing the presentation will be posted here very soon, and will be sent automatically to anyone who signs up at http://www.tinyurl.com/HelpingYouGoSolar

Why you should tune in: Did you know that you can get solar power for less than you’re paying now for your electric bill?  Customers of Duke Energy can benefit from net metering until year 2032 and a 26 percent federal tax credit is available in 2020.  Hundreds of REMC solar owners enjoy their renewable energy without net metering.

Learn about the performance, cost and incentives for solar energy systems when Solar Indiana Renewable Energy Network volunteers present free solar information at City Hall in Bloomington.  The Solarize program is open to residential, commercial and nonprofit property owners in nearby counties.

You can register for upcoming sessions at   www.tinyurl.com/HelpingYouGoSolar
