Woodie Bessler authored the first Going Solar presentation in 2011. In addition to delivering the presentation to SIREN audiences, he speaks at industry gatherings.  An electrical engineer from Purdue, Woodie has worked for Kraft and the IU Cyclotron.  He and his wife mentor elementary school students in robotics; their Cyber Squid team competed in the 2015 national Sea Perch finals.  Solar owner since 2010; added geothermal in 2015.
