SIREN’s Darrell Boggess will give a Going Solar presentation in the Earth Hour Workshop organized by the Monroe County Solid Waste District. The free workshop targets both residential and business attendees, presenting information on earth-friendly practices from composting and recycling on to energy efficiency. Earth Hour is an observance around the world marked by turning off non-essential lights to call attention to the need to act on climate change.
